Service Description
Our bottomless charcuterie service is designed to give you and your guests a luxurious, worry-free experience. Pricing begins at $750 and includes: • Bottomless charcuterie for up to 30 guests, with a continuous flow of our premium selections. • A menu selection of 12 artisanal curated meats, cheeses, and additional accoutrements. • Two hours of service with a dedicated attendant to replenish the spread and assist your guests. • Professional setup and breakdown, including all necessary napkins. • Personal charcuterie boards for your guests, with optional engraving available for a special touch. Cancellation Policy
We understand that conflicts arise. Because our workshops require advance purchasing of perishable, high- quality ingredients and have limited capacity, we adhere strictly to the following policy: 1. Standard Cancellation (7 days ) Timeline: Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. Refund: Guests are eligible for a full refund of the class fee, minus a small $10 adminsitrative/payment processing fee. 2. Credit or Reschedule Cancellations made between 3 and 6 full days before the workshop date will not be refunded. Guests wukk receive a credit for the full value of the class to be applied toward a future workshop date within the next six months. 3. Late Cancellations(Within 48 Hours) Timeline: Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled workshop date, or for "no-shows" will not obtain a refund or credit. At this point, all ingredients have been purchased, and the opportunity to fill the seat has passed. 4. Transfers & Substitions Guests are always welcome to transfer their ticket to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please simply email us the name of the new atendee before the start of the class so we can update the roster . 5. Instructor Cancellation In the rare event that we must cancel or postpone workshop(due to instructor illness,severe weather or low enrollment), all registered guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a full credit to be used for a future class.
